1. Assist employer set up his organizational systems on electronic and non-electronic mediums.
2. Assist in office cleanup and organization.
3. Make calls on behalf of employer.
4. Run errands, as required.
5. Work with employer s virtual assistant as needed to find properties and analyze their potential.

5. Must have good-handwriting for writing on the Vision-Board
6. Must have the ability to think on his/her own
7. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
8. Must be neat
9. Must be able to see things in a way it will work
10. Must be able to make a decision
